| Facts: |  | This was a motor vehicle negligence case involving a collision between a tractor trailer and a passenger car. We represented Plaintiffs: Trucking company, New Prime, and tractor owner, Success Leasing. We also represented Third Party Defendant truck driver, Erwin Starr. Plaintiffs sued for damages to cargo and tractor as a result of the accident. Defendants were an elderly lady and her insurance company, Allstate, who filed a counterclaim for damages to the insured's vehicle. A Jury returned a unanimous verdict for Plaintiffs/Third-Party Defendant, apportioning 100% liability on the Defendants. |
