| Facts: |  | Wrongful death of 58 year old female. Allegation of failure to diagnose acute mesenteric ischemia.
Alleged failure to order MRA to evaluate complaints of nausea, vomiting and weight loss. Patient had diagnosis of ulcers one week prior at another hospital. Patient was discharged and followed up with other physicians when symptoms persisted. Admitted to another hospital seven months later, had surgery to repair blocked intestinal arteries but died following surgery.
