Corporate Representative Depositions -- What Every Litigator Needs to Know

Carter E. Strang and Arun J. Kottha will discuss the history of Rule 30 (b) (6), the Rule's notice requirements, and strategies to consider when selecting and preparing witnesses. Carter and Arun will also provide practice tips when taking and/or defending such depositions and present video clips taken from actual corporate representative depositions.
Sign-in is from 11:50-12:00;
Boxed lunch 12:00-12:30;
Introduction of the presentation will be at 12:30 with the presentation beginning immediately therafter at 12:35.
