We are the Cleveland Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, an organization of attorneys, claims representatives, and insurance professionals who devote a substantial portion of our time to the defense of civil claims and/or lawsuits against individuals, corporations and governmental entities.
Our mission is to promote professionalism, advance continuing legal education, improve the administration of justice and provide a social setting allowing for the free exchange of ideas among our members. |

John Q's Steakhouse
Monica A. Sansalone, Esq. and Alton L. Stephens, Esq. of Gallagher Sharp will be presenting a one-hour CLE on Legal Ethics, Professionalism, and Risk Management for Lawyers. We have applied for 30 minutes of Professionalism credit and 30 minutes of Ethics credit for their presentation. Ms. Sansalone will speak to us regarding the impact of several recent decisions by the Supreme Court of Ohio on professionalism standards. Mr. Stephens will be speaking about the ethical obligations involved in managing a law practice including organizational structure, conflicts of interest, engagement/disengagement, client expectations, employment practices, technology, and professional insurance. |
